Mediterranean/Greek meatballs with mixed salad, tzatziki sauce and pittas

Step 1: Meatballs and Sauce
  • Divide meatball mixture into 4/8/12 equal portions (1, 2 or 3 people) and roll them into ball shape.
  • Add some oil to a pan over medium to high heat, add meatballs in and cook until they are golden brown outside and fully cooked through in the middle.


Step 2: Salad

  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.


Step 3: Pittas

  • Place pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
