- Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over medium heat.
- Cook tofu until they are golden brown outside, then take them out of the pan and set aside.
- Add a little oil to the same wok/ frying pan over medium to high heat.
- Add in vegetables, season with salt and stir continuously for a few minutes.
- Add a little water if needed to soften the vegetables.
- Put the tofu back in with vegetables, add sauce then cook until beef is fully cooked.
