Step 1: ‘Meat’ Sauce
- Add some oil to a pot over medium to high heat, brown the mince and season with salt, then take them out and set aside.
- Add some oil to the same pot, cook the vegetables until they are softened, while cooking season with salt.
- Add mince back in with vegetables, then the sauce, continue to cook over low heat until the sauce become rich and thick. (add a little water or pasta water if the sauce gets too thick)
Step 2: Spaghetti
- Boil spaghetti in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
- Drain the water.
