Vegetarian Carbonara

Step 1: Pasta
  • Add pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook until they are al dente.
  • Drain the water then set aside. (reserve some pasta water for later)

Step 2: Vegetables and finish the whole dish
  • Add a little oil to the same frying pan over medium to high heat.
  • Add in vegetables, season with a little salt and stir continuously until they are softened.
  • Add sauce and pasta, then cook until everything is fully combined.(add a little pasta water if the sauce gets too thick)
