Step 1: Noodles
- Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
- Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
- Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.
Step 2: Tofu/Quorn
- Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over medium heat.
- Cook tofu/Quorn gently until they are a little charred outside.
- Take out of the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Vegetables and finish the whole dish
- Add a little oil to the same wok or frying pan over medium to high heat.
- Add in vegetables, season with salt and stir continuously until the vegetables are al dente.
- Put the tofu/Quorn back in with vegetables, add sauce then cook for 1 minute.
- Add noodles in, stir well and cook until noodles are hot.
