- Dust both sides of cauliflower with a little flour (any kind).
- Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
- Cook both sides of cauliflower until golden brown, then add a little water and cover the pan with a lid.
- Continue to cook the cauliflower until it is soft to your liking.
- Heat the sauce in the microwave until heated through, then pour over the cauliflower.
