Tuscany chicken, sun dried tomato, spinach and spaghetti

Step 1: Spaghetti

  • Boil spaghetti in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
  • Drain the water.(keep a little pasta water for later if needed)


Step 2: Chicken, vegetables and Sauce (same time as step 1)
  • Add some oil to a non stick pot over medium to high heat, cook the chicken until they are golden brown outside, still a little pink inside.
  • Add onions to the pot, cook until onions are softened.
  • Then add spinach and sauce to the pot and cook over low heat until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Finally, add pasta to the pot and mix well. (add a little pasta water if the sauce gets too thick)
