Step 1: Tofu skewers
- Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
 - Cook tofu skewers until they are golden brown outside. 
 - Take out of the pan and let it rest.
 
Step 2: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
- Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds. 
 
Step 3: Salad
- Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
