Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Cook meat free pieces until slightly golden brown outside, then take out of the pan and set aside.
Add a little oil to the same pan, fry the onions and peppers, then add in spices (a little at a time to suit your taste), continue to fry until they are soft.
Add meat free pieces back in the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
Step 2: Salsa
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3: Tortilla Wraps
Place tortilla wraps on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
