Veg fajita with avocado salsa and tortilla wraps

Step 1: meat free pieces and vegetables
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook meat free pieces until slightly golden brown outside, then take out of the pan and set aside.
  • Add a little oil to the same pan, fry the onions and peppers, then add in spices (a little at a time to suit your taste), continue to fry until they are soft.
  • Add meat free pieces back in the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

Step 2: Salsa
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps
  • Place tortilla wraps on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
