Dan dan noodles with green
Step 1: Pork mince
Add a little oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook pork mince until they are fully brown.
Take out of the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Vegetables and sauce
Add a little oil to the same frying pan over medium to high heat.
Add in onions and greens, season with salt and cook continuously until they are softened.
Put the pork mince back in with the vegetables, add sauce then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes until the pork has absorbed all the flavours.
Step 3: Noodles (when the sauce is nearly done)
Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
Drain the water.
Serve the meat sauce with noodles along with carrots and cucumber.
