Crispy breaded fish with potato wedges, peas and tartar sauce

Step 1: Potato wedges
  • Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges and coat them with oil and season with salt.
  • Bake them in the oven at 180c for roughly 30 minutes until they are golden brown outside and soft in the middle, remember to turn them halfway.(You can also use air fryer to achieve the same result.)

Step 2: Fish (Give the potatoes a 15/20 minute head start)
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook both sides of fish until golden brown and firm to touch. 
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 3: Peas
  • Microwave the peas for 30 seconds or until they are heated through.
