BBQ pulled pork in a brioche bun with coleslaw and wedges
Step 1: Pulled pork
Pour the juice over pork joint and tightly wrap the pork in foil, cook in air fryer at 180c for 90 minutes
Alternatively, place the pork in a slow cooke with the juice, cook on low for 8 hours.
Let it rest, then shred the pork and mix in the bbq sauce a little at the time to your liking.
Step 2: Potato wedges (30 minutes before pulled pork is done.)
Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges and coat them with oil and season with salt.
Bake them in the oven at 180c for roughly 30 minutes until they are golden brown outside and soft in the middle, remember to turn them halfway.(You can also use air fryer to achieve the same result.)
