Moroccan style mixed vegetables with couscous salad and flat bread

Step 1: Vegetables and sauce
  • Add some oil to a pot over medium to high heat.
  • Add in all the vegetables, season with salt and cook continuously until they are slightly softened.
  • Then add sauce and simmer over low heat until vegetables are soft to your liking.

Step :Couscous salad
  • Add 60g of boiled water per person (120g for 2, 180g for 3) to couscous with a stock cube (optional) in a bowl, cover the bowl with a lid or cling film.
  • Wait until couscous has fully absorbed the water.
  • Add in salad, season with a pinch of salt if needed and drizzle with oliver oil, then mix well.

Step 3: Flatbread
  • Place flatbread on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
