Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over high heat.
Cook chicken to 80% done (golden brown outside and still a little soft in the middle)
Take chicken out of the pan and set aside.
(For a crispy version, dust the chicken with a little flour (any type) and cook in a traditional fryer at 180 degrees C for 1 minute or follow the instructions on an air fryer to achieve the same result)
