Courgette, spinach, mushroom pesto spaghetti
Step 1: Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
Drain the water.
Step 2: courgette, vegetables and Sauce (same time as step 1)
Add some oil to a non stick pot over medium to high heat, cook the onions and courgette until they are soft and slightly golden brown outside.
Add mushroom to the pot, cook until they are softened.
Then add spinach and sauce to the pot and cook over low heat until it starts to bubble gently.
Finally, add pasta to the pot and mix well. (add a little pasta water if the sauce gets too thick)
