Crispy cornflakes chicken with mixed salad, spicy mayo and pittas

Step 1: Chicken
  • Add generous amount of oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook both sides of chicken until golden brown and firm to touch.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Mixed salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
