Harissa lemon chicken skewers with mixed salad, yogurt dip and pittas

Step 1: Chicken
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook chicken thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Mixed salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with crushed nuts.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
