Hoisin Pork with mixed salad, sticky sauce and Pittas
Step 1: Pork
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Cook pork until it is gold brown outside and firm to touch.
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Step 2: Salad
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
