Home made beef doner kebab with mixed salad, yogurt dressing and pittas

Step 1: kebab
  • Place the wrapped up kebab with the baking sheet on a baking tray in an oven and cook for 20 minutes at 180C.
  • Once the meat has browned, remove and roll out of the baking paper.
  • Gently pull the doner kebab meat apart.


Step 2: Salad

  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.


Step 3: Pittas

  • Place pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
