Jamaican Jerk Halloumi with mango salad, spicy mayo and pittas

Step 1: Halloumi
  • Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook both sides of halloumi until they are golden brown outside.
  • Take out of the pan and let them rest.

Step 2: Mango salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
