Korean BBQ chicken with mixed salad, spicy mayo and pittas

Step 1: Chicken skewers
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook chicken skewers thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds.

Step 3: Salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
