Lemon butter parmesan halloumi speeding with mixed salad and baby potatoes

Step 1: Baby potatoes
  • Cut the potatoes to a smaller size if you prefer.
  • Boil them in a pan of cold water until they are soft. 
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 2: Halloumi (Give potatoes a 15 minute head start)
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook the halloumi until they are golden brown outside.
  • Brush the sauce over them before serving.

Step 3: salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with some olive oil.
