The past two years have been incredibly challenging due to the cost-of-living crisis. Despite constant hard work, staying afloat as a viable business has become increasingly difficult, and itโs easy to feel discouraged at times. However, I always remind myself of what inspired me to start bexbox in the first place: providing busy working families with freshly home cooked meals at affordable prices, with zero food waste. We firmly believe that cooking fresh and eating fresh is fundamental to maintaining both physical and mental health. Knowing that bexbox can make even a small difference in peopleโs lives never fails to bring a smile to my face.![]()

In 2024, we saw steady growth in interest for our โcook-your-ownโ packs. These convenient kits offer a way for people to prepare fresh meals without the hassle of tedious prep work. Whatโs even more rewarding is learning about customers building confidence in the kitchenโ a result that makes me immensely proud.![]()

Weโve also done quite a few outside catering events, providing delicious food for birthday parties, company celebrations and more. Helping make someoneโs special day truly memorable is one of the key reasons I remain so passionate about what we do.![]()

Looking ahead to 2025, I know there will be challenges, but I remain confident in the quality of bexbox products and service. With determination and belief in our mission, weโre ready to ride out these tough times and keep moving forward.![]()
