Moroccan chicken tagine with couscous salad and flatbread
Step 1: Chicken and sauce
Add a little oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook the chicken until 80% done (Gold brown outside and a little soft in the middle), take out the pan and set them aside.
Add a little oil to the same frying pan over medium to high heat.
Add in onions and carrots, season with a little salt and cook continuously until they are softened.
Put the chicken back in the pan, then add sauce and simmer over low heat until chicken is fully cooked and carrots are soft to your liking.
Step :Couscous salad
Add 60g of boiled water per person (120g for 2, 180g for 3) to couscous with a stock cube (optional) in a bowl, cover the bowl with a lid or cling film.
Wait until couscous has fully absorbed the water.
Add in salad, season with a pinch of salt if needed and drizzle with oliver oil, then mix well.
Step 3: Flatbread
Place flatbread on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
