Moroccan style mixed vegetables with couscous salad and flat bread
Step 1: Vegetables and sauce
Add some oil to a pot over medium to high heat.
Add in all the vegetables, season with salt and cook continuously until they are slightly softened.
Then add sauce and simmer over low heat until vegetables are soft to your liking.
Step :Couscous salad
Add 60g of boiled water per person (120g for 2, 180g for 3) to couscous with a stock cube (optional) in a bowl, cover the bowl with a lid or cling film.
Wait until couscous has fully absorbed the water.
Add in salad, season with a pinch of salt if needed and drizzle with oliver oil, then mix well.
Step 3: Flatbread
Place flatbread on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
