Pan fried coconut paprika chicken with corn on the cob and potato salad
Step 1: Baby potatoes
Cut the potatoes to a smaller size if you prefer.
Boil them in a pan of cold water until they are soft.
Mix in the mayo dressing once they are slightly cooled.
Step 2: Chicken(Give potatoes a 10 minute head start)
Dust chicken with a little flour (any type).
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook both sides of chicken until golden brown outside and firm to touch.
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Then drizzle the sauce over the chicken.
Step 3: Corn on the cob (same time as chicken)
Boil the corn on the cob in the boiling water for a few minutes, then drain the water.
