Pan fried coconut paprika Halloumi with corn on the cob and potato salad

Step 1: Baby potatoes
  • Cut the potatoes to a smaller size if you prefer.
  • Boil them in a pan of cold water until they are soft. 
  • Mix in the mayo dressing once they are slightly cooled.

Step 2: Halloumi(Give potatoes a 10 minute head start)
  • Dust Halloumi with a little flour (any type).
  • Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook both sides of Halloumi until golden brown outside.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.
  • Then drizzle the sauce over the Halloumi.

Step 3: Corn on the cob (same time as halloumi)
  • Boil the corn on the cob in the boiling water for a few minutes, then drain the water.
