Pan fried coconut paprika Halloumi with corn on the cob and potato salad
Step 1: Baby potatoes
Cut the potatoes to a smaller size if you prefer.
Boil them in a pan of cold water until they are soft.
Mix in the mayo dressing once they are slightly cooled.
Step 2: Halloumi(Give potatoes a 10 minute head start)
Dust Halloumi with a little flour (any type).
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook both sides of Halloumi until golden brown outside.
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Then drizzle the sauce over the Halloumi.
Step 3: Corn on the cob (same time as halloumi)
Boil the corn on the cob in the boiling water for a few minutes, then drain the water.
