Crispy breaded coconut popcorn cauliflower with mixed salad, spicy mayo and tortilla wraps/Pittas

Step 1: Cauliflower
  • Add generous amount of oil to a frying pan and place over high heat.
  • Shallow fry the cauliflower until golden brown and firm to touch.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest. (You can also use traditional fryer or air fryer to achieve the same result.)

Step 2: Salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
