Crispy buffalo cauliflower with mixed salad, ranch dressing and tortilla wraps

Step 1: Cauliflower
  • Add generous amount oil to a frying pan and place over high heat.
  • Dust cauliflower with a little flour (any type), shallow fry them until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps
  • Place tortilla wraps on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
