Crispy buffalo chicken strips with mixed salad, ranch dressing and tortilla wraps/Pittas

Step 1: Chicken
  • Add generous amount oil to a frying pan and place over high heat.
  • Dust chicken with a little flour (any type), shallow fry the chicken until they are golden outside and juicy inside.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
