Crispy Halloumi burger in a brioche bun with coleslaw and wedges

Step 1: Potato wedges
  • Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges and coat them with oil and season with salt.
  • Bake them in the oven at 180c for roughly 30 minutes until they are golden brown outside and soft in the middle, remember to turn them halfway.(You can also use air fryer to achieve the same result.)

Step 2: Halloumi (Give the potatoes a 15/20 minute head start)
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook both sides of halloumi until golden brown. 
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 3: Coleslaw
  • Add mayo sauce to the vegetables and mix well.
