Hoisin pork with salad and egg noodles

Step 1: Noodles
  • Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
  • Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.

Step 2: Pork
  • Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Coat the pork chops with a little flour (any type), then cook them until they are gold brown outside and firm to touch.
  • Take out of the pan and let them rest.

Step 3: Salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.

Step 4: Sauce
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add in noodles and sauce, stir continuously until the noodles are completely heated through.
  • Slice the pork and add them to the noodles.
