Hoisin pork with salad and egg noodles
Step 1: Noodles
Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.
Step 2: Pork
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Coat the pork chops with a little flour (any type), then cook them until they are gold brown outside and firm to touch.
Take out of the pan and let them rest.
Step 3: Salad
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 4: Sauce
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Add in noodles and sauce, stir continuously until the noodles are completely heated through.
Slice the pork and add them to the noodles.
