Hoisin Tofu with asian salad and egg noodles
Step 1: Noodles
Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.
Step 2: Tofu
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Cook tofu until it is gold brown outside.
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Step 3: Salad
Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 4: Sauce
Heat the same frying pan over medium heat.
Add in noodles and sauce, stir continuously until the noodles are completely heated through.
Slice the tofu and add them to the noodles.
