Korean BBQ chicken with Asian slaw, spicy mayo and tortilla wraps/pittas
Step 1: Asian slaw
Add slaw dressing (dark one) to the vegetables.
Step 2: Chicken skewers
Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Cook chicken skewers thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds.
