Korean BBQ chicken with Asian slaw, spicy mayo and tortilla wraps/pittas

Step 1: Asian slaw
  • Add slaw dressing (dark one) to the vegetables.

Step 2: Chicken skewers
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook chicken skewers thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 40 to 50 seconds.
