Nutty Buddha noodle bowl (Tofu)

Step 1: Noodles and sauce
  • Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
  • Drain off the water, then add sauce to the noodles and mix well.

Step 2: Tofu (same time as step 1)
  • Add a some oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook tofu until they are a little charred outside.
  • Take out of the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Broccoli,Cabbage and Carrots
  • Add a little oil to the same frying pan over medium to high heat.
  • Add in broccoli and cabbage, season with salt and stir continuously for 1 minute.
  • Add a little water, just to cover the bottom of the pan and cook with lid on until broccoli and cabbage are cooked to your liking.
  • Dressing the carrots with a little olive oil.
