Pan fried pork chop with honey mustard glaze, greens and potatoes
Step 1: Baby potatoes
Cut the potatoes to a smaller size if you prefer.
Boil them in a pan of cold water until they are soft.
Step 2: Pork chop (Give the potatoes a 10 minute head start)
Add some oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook both sides of pork chop until golden brown and firm to touch.
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Brush the glaze over both sides of pork chop before serving.
Step 3: Greens
Add a little oil to a frying pan and place over a medium to high heat.
Add in greens, season with salt and stir continuously for 1 minute.
Add a little water, just to cover the bottom of the pan, and cook with lid on until the vegetables are tender.
