Penne with Spicy Sausage in Vodka, Tomato and Cream Sauce

Step 1: Pasta

• Add pasta to a pan of boiling water and cook until they are al dente.
• Drain the water then set aside.

Step 2: Spicy sausage(while pasta is cooking)

• Add a little oil to the frying pan and place over medium heat.
• Cook spicy sausage until they are almost done.
• Take out of the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Vegetables and finish the whole dish

• Add a little oil to the same frying pan over medium to high heat.
• Add in vegetables, season with a little salt and stir continuously until they are softened.
• Put the spicy sausage back in with vegetables, add sauce then cook until spicy sausage is fully cooked.
• Add pasta in, stir well and cook until everything is fully combined.
