Thai Peanut chicken with Mixed Salad, Nutty Dip and Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
Step 1: Chicken
Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
Cook chicken thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
Take out of the pan and let it rest.
Step 2: Mixed salad
Season with a pinch of salt, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
Place tortilla wraps/Pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
