Thai Peanut Tofu with mixed salad, nutty dip and tortilla wraps

Step 1: Tofu
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook Tofu until it is a little charred outside.
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Mixed salad
  • Season with a pinch of salt, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with crushed nuts.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps
  • Place tortilla wraps on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
