Sesame Gochujang noodles with chicken and mixed vegetables

Step 1: Noodles
  • Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
  • Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.

Step 2: Chicken
  • Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook chicken to 80% done (golden brown outside and still a little soft in the middle)
  • Take out of the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Vegetables and finish the whole dish
  • Add a little oil to the same wok or frying pan over medium to high heat.
  • Add in vegetables, season with salt and stir continuously for 1 minute.
  • Put the chicken back in with vegetables, add sauce and continue to cook until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add noodles in, stir well and cook until noodles are hot.
