Tahini Hoisin Quorn with egg noodles and mixed vegetables

Step 1: Noodles
  • Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
  • Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
  • Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.

Step 2: Quorn Mince
  • Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook Quorn mince until they are fully cooked.
  • Take out of the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Vegetables and finish the whole dish
  • Add a little oil to the same wok or frying pan over medium to high heat.
  • Add in vegetables, season with salt and stir continuously for 1 minute.
  • Add a little water, just to cover the bottom of the wok, and cook with lid on until the vegetables are soft to your liking.
  • Put the Quorn back in with vegetables, add sauce then cook for 1 minute.
  • Add noodles in, stir well and cook until noodles are hot.
