Tahini Hoisin Quorn with egg noodles and mixed vegetables
Step 1: Noodles
Boil noodles in a pan of boiled water until they are al dente.
Drain the water and rinse under cold water then set aside.
Drizzle a little olive oil to stop them sticking together.
Step 2: Quorn Mince
Add a little oil to the wok/frying pan and place over medium heat.
Cook Quorn mince until they are fully cooked.
Take out of the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Vegetables and finish the whole dish
Add a little oil to the same wok or frying pan over medium to high heat.
Add in vegetables, season with salt and stir continuously for 1 minute.
Add a little water, just to cover the bottom of the wok, and cook with lid on until the vegetables are soft to your liking.
Put the Quorn back in with vegetables, add sauce then cook for 1 minute.
Add noodles in, stir well and cook until noodles are hot.
