Teriyaki chicken with mixed salad, sticky sauce and pittas

Step 1: Chicken
  • Add some oil to the frying pan and place over medium to high heat.
  • Cook chicken thoroughly. (golden brown outside and tender juicy inside)
  • Take out of the pan and let it rest.

Step 2: Salad
  • Drizzle with a little olive oil and the sticky sauce.

Step 3: Tortilla Wraps/Pittas
  • Place tortilla wraps/pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
