Tuscany chicken, sun dried tomato, spinach and spaghetti
Step 1: Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti in a pan of boiled water until they are soft.
Drain the water.(keep a little pasta water for later if needed)
Step 2: Chicken, vegetables and Sauce (same time as step 1)
Add some oil to a non stick pot over medium to high heat, cook the chicken until they are golden brown outside, still a little pink inside.Take the chicken out and set aside.
Add a little oil to the same pot and fry the onions until they are softened.
Then add chicken, spinach and sauce to the pot and cook over low heat until chicken is fully cooked.
Finally, add pasta to the pot and mix well. (add a little pasta water if the sauce gets too thick)
