veg kofta with mixed salad, yogurt dressing and pittas

Step 1: Kofta
  • Divide ‘meat’ mixture into 4/8/12 equal portions (1, 2 or 3 people) and shape them into kofta shape.
  • Add some oil to a pan over medium heat, add kofta in and cook until they are golden brown outside and fully cooked through in the middle. (you can also use air fryer to cook them.)


Step 2: Salad

  • Season with a pinch of salt and drizzle with a little olive oil.


Step 3: Pittas

  • Place pittas on a plate and cover them with cling film. Heat up in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.
