- Add a little oil to wok or frying pan and place over medium heat.
- Add onions and peppers to the pan and season with a pinch of salt, then continue to fry until soft, then take out the pan and set aside.
- Add some oil to the same pan, add meat free pieces and cook until they are cooked through.
- Add onions and peppers back in the pan along with the sauce and continue to cook until everything is fully combined.
(For a crispy version of meat free pieces, dust the pieces with a little flour (any type) and cook in a traditional fryer at 180 degrees C for 2 minutes or follow the instructions on an air fryer to achieve the same result)
